This innovative design evolved through a careful analysis of the client’s specific requirements and the unique character and constraints of this stunning site on the outskirts of the City of Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. 

In tandem with the pragmatic analysis of the brief, Studio De Carteret also synthesized geometry and forms of the local vernacular Architecture and Patterns to create a functional building which strongly embodies the client organisations’s ideals within the inherent beauty of its Architecture. 

The building is thoughtfully designed to facilitate the aspirations of the organisation but also encourages creative responses to everyday situations for the staff and all of the users of the building. In addition the ‘modular’ Architectural framework allows for flexibility and expansion so that the organisation can grow and develop over time within the same building.
